      A 02-day orientation program on," the importance of apiculture " was held at UNICEF hall State Council Of Educational Research & Trainings SCERT-KD Bemina Srinagar from 27th to 28th  April 2022. Dr.Tariq Ahmad HoD department of Food technology Islamic University of Science and Technology  (IUST) Awantipora and Dr. Tahimina Mushtaq Assistant Professor Shari Kashmir University of Agriculture and Science  (SKUAST) Shalimar Srinagar delivered their lectures as Key resource persons. The program was very interesting and valuable for all the listeners as it developed a strong interest and thirst among listeners. Guest speakers  Dr. Tahmeena( SKUAST) and Dr. Tariq sahib delivered very nicely. the lecture of Dr. Tahmeena was very impressive and comprehensive laced with golden and pearl words and listeners listened very patiently and wished for more and more.  The overall program for two days passed nicely and with the hope to carry the 'Apiculture importance' message forward among students and unemployed youth for the welfare of people and the environment.

2 Days Workshop On “Interest Of Students In Vocational Subjects”

 A 2-day workshop on 23-24 March 2022 entitled “Interest Of Students In Vocational Subjects” was held at the Conference Room of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT). The workshop was aimed at training the DIET faculty members who, in turn, were expected to train the teachers on the field. Students are expected to become technically sound and earn their livelihood through self-employment means.
