one day PLC Lecture Series, “Communication Skills: Official Communication within the Organization" held today on 15th of October 2022 at SCERT KD

                Holding on to the thread of the PLC Lecture Series, Department of Art and Vocational Education –Academic Unit –I hosted former Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, a dynamic Educationist, Mr. Masaud Samoon as Guest Speaker on one day program at UNICEF Hall SCERT-KD on 15th of October 2022. The esteemed Guest Speaker deliberated intensively on the nuances of formal communication in an organization in consonance with the very theme of the lecture, “Communication Skills: Official Communication within the Organization" in presence of Worthy Joint Director SCERT- Kashmir Division Mohammad Shareef Dehdar and respected HOIs, Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Dar HAU-I, Masarrat Jan Head AU-II, Mohammad Sultan Khan Head AU-III and all other esteemed Wing Heads and Sr. Academic Officers. The esteemed Guest highlighted the importance of communication as a benchmark of any organization and deliberated on inter-departmental communication, style, and Structure of Official and formal Communications. He shared his best experiences as a bureaucrat as well. 

The program was moderated by Ishfaq Anjum Samoon Sr. Academic Officer SCERT-KD and Ms. Shugfta Nazir Head Department of Art and Vocational Education presented the welcome address. Worthy Joint Director SCERT Kashmir Mohammad Shareef Dehdar Sir while presenting the Keynote address highlighted the significance of holding such programs with professionalism and prior spadework.

The deliberative part was followed by a question and answer session. Several questions raised by the SCERT faculty including Riyaz Ahmad Dar, Ghulam Hassan Reshi, Shabir Hussain Shabir, Farooq Shah, Saima Qadiri, Asima Jan, Amar Preet Singh, Riyaz Ahmad, and other faculty members were duly addressed. Sheikh Gulzar Sr. Academic Officer SCERT-KD presented the Vote of Thanks. The program proved to be of great professional achievement to the esteemed SCERT faculty. One day program on Mental Health organised by Department of Health Physical Education , Guidance & Counciling AU-I

               One-day Program on mental health was organized by the Department of Health Physical Education, Guidance & Counseling AU-I at UNICF hall SCERT -Kashmir. DR. Rehana Amin noted neuropsychiatrist, at Government Medical College Srinagar talked about different mental disorders in a day-long interactive session. A question-answer session was also held at the end of her presentation.

one day program on the change management process in organization with refrence to teacher rducations

               Department of Inclusive and Special Education (Academic Unit -I) of the SCERT-KD organized a one-day interactive program on the Change Management Process in Organisations with special reference to Teacher Education  Institutions on the 8th of October 2022 in the UNICEF Hall of SCERT, Srinagar KASHMIR. The former Director of School Education, in Kashmir Mr. Mohammed Rafi was the guest speaker of the program.
