                                    The Traditional Straw footwear “PULHOUR” is ancient footwear of Kashmir, bearing similarities with Chappal and was used by Kashmiris during winter. Pulhor was not slipping and people prefer to use it during the winters. It was cheap and homemade hence affordable Chappal.
